Shipping and DOA Policy
In the event of a DOA, email pictures to email@example.com within 3 hours of the recorded first delivery attempt. If delivery is not received on the first attempt, the DOA policy will be voided for that shipment. The picture must be clear and show the fish in its entirety.
If any of the fish happen to arrive DOA a replacement or credit will be given in the amount of the original purchase price in the form of in-store credit on your next order. Any DOA refund’s will be at the discretion of Ocean Gallery II. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Ocean Gallery II is not responsible for delays due to weather or carrier mishandling or delays due to incorrect shipping addesses.
Someone must be available to sign for the delivery. All shipments must be signed for or the Dead on Arrival policy is VOID.
You must pick up your shipment within two hours of delivery, if your order was held for pickup.
By ordering from our site, you are agreeing that you are familiar with the proper way to care for a new fish including but not limited to: acclimation, salinity, temp., ph. Ect. No refunds will be given if we feel the fish was improperly handled, or placed into an unstable environment.
No chargebacks will be accepted without first contacting Ocean Gallery II.
